1991 – Inner Circle was incorporated as Inner Circle Foster Family Agency, Inc., a 501 (c) (3) charitable nonprofit organization.
1992 – Inner Circle was granted our state license from Community Care Licensing.
1992 - Inner Circle places first foster children (November 4, 1992).
1993 – Membership California Alliance of Nonprofits
1995 – Opened satellite office in the Antelope Valley
1997 – Membership California Alliance of Child and Family Services Received the highest possible rating from peer organizations
1997 – Membership Valley Nonprofit Alliance
1997 – Contracted with the North Los Angeles County Regional Center, enabling Inner Circle to place children with Developmental Disabilities into the homes of Professional Parents.
1997 – Membership Foster Family-based Treatment Association, Voluntarily aligned Inner Circle policy with FFTA Standards of “Best practice”
1998 – Licensed as an Adoption Agency, enabling Inner Circle to provide a continuum of care, spanning from initial placement into the foster care system to adoption finalization
2003 – Inner Circle approved by the State of California to provide outpatient counseling to their Victims of Crime (VOC) program
2004 – First Annual Golf Classic successfully raises over $27,000
2005 - Placed 1000th child! (June 17, 2005)
2005 – Foster parent support groups formed, each office having a local group
2007 - Placed 2000th child! (January 4, 2007)
