The mission of Inner Circle Foster Family Agency is to promote the growth of children and youth while strengthening the family unit. Our goal is to provide community based services to children and families for the purpose of strengthening the family unit, help emancipating youth be prepared and productive young adults and provide specialized, quality foster care. By meeting these needs in a caring, comprehensive, and professional manner we will impact the quality of life for the children and families in our community. 
        Proposals to increase taxes have heads spinning, repaying debt, covering operating deficits and reduced social services have Californians wondering what is happening.  What will happen with K-12 schools and community colleges? What will happe with healthcare?
            When things around you are chaotic it is wise to remain focused. At Inner Circle Foster Family Agency, our goal is to provide quality homes for abused and neglected children. Inner Circle social workers conscientiously address and monitor these homes providing support to families. We provide excellent training to families, staff, and the community to ensure we are following our mission – to strengthen the family unit.
            One important direction that is meaningful to Inner Circle is continuing to serve foster youth beyond age 18. In implementing AB 12, the California Fostering Connections to Success Act, Inner Circle will help non-minor dependents remain in their current placements when they turn 18 and offer stability as they transition to independence and self-sufficiency.
            Last year,Inner Circle finalized more adoptions than ever before; we have successfully engaged families in providing permanency for children in our care. We now open our doors to those seeking private adoptions who need a comprehensive home study, Contact Jill Rosenberg, Adoptions Supervisor at 818- 988-6300 Ext 202 regarding adoption.
            Inner Circle’s 8th Annual Golf Classic held January 16, 2012 was outstanding. We thank John and Amy Dacey for their great organizational talent and inspiring energy. We thank all the participant, staff, and volunteers for making the day at Braemer Country Club absolutely wonderful.
            Family resilience helps when adversity strikes. Inner Circle works diligently with families to reach successful reunification and maintain improved family functioning.
