Pamela G. Jordan
Executive Director
Pam Jordan is a licensed clinical social worker and nonprofit business administrator dedicated to developing and expanding quality programs for children and families.  She serves as the Executive Director of Inner Circle Foster Care and Adoption Services.
Before joining Inner Circle, Ms. Jordan performed duties as the CEO and COO of two multiservice agencies that specialized in mental health, child welfare, early childhood education, and community outreach.  She is also past president of the Foster Family-based Treatment Association and past vice-president of the Association for Agency Executives. She is a graduate instructor at the University of La Verne’s College of Business and Public Management and has authored several research and clinical papers.

 

Jill Rosenberg
Adoption Supervisor
Jill Rosenberg has a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California.  She has a background in sexual abuse prevention and education and has worked professionally with children and teens for over 15 years.  Jill is entering her ninth year at Inner Circle as the Adoption Program Supervisor and has assisted over 80 families to adopt the foster children in their home, as well as match waiting children with loving and “forever” families.  Jill works passionately with Inner Circle families by providing ongoing adoption training, education, and advocacy when needed.  Jill states, “Adoption work has become my true calling.  Helping to create families has been the most rewarding and fulfilling experience I have had in my professional life!”  Recently, Jill has taken on the additional role as Foster Care Program Supervisor.  Jill oversees all foster care certifications and adoption home study assessments as well.
