Initial Detainment - Date of Entry

Detention (72 Hour) Hearing

30 Day Hearing - Progress Report (Birth Parent Complying?)

3 Month Hearing - Progress Report (Birth Parent Complying?)

6 Month Hearing - Progress Report (Birth Parent Complying?)

12 Month Hearing (.22 Hearing)
(If Birth Parent has not made significant progress toward reunification the court can terminate family reunification services - "Terminate Family Reunification")

18 Month Hearing (.26 Hearing)
Once all "parties" have been properly "noticed" the court can terminate parental rights - "Termination of Parental Rights"

Approx 30 days after the .26 hearing
Foster parents sign "Adoption Placement Papers"
Adoptions DCFS CSW assigned
(No longer an Inner Circle Foster Child - Weekly social worker visits cease
Foster care stipend ceases - Adoption Assistance Payments "AAP" begins)

Continued work with Inner Circle Adoptions Division
(Inner Circle conducts a minimum of one post placement visit to the home within one month)

Approximately six months later - FINALIZATION
